Not names?

I just reviewed a document and about 10 of the 20 fields were of the title of the document, and the column headings, words like 'Date' and 'File' and 'Company'

The site still records that i helped 10 people even though those werent people. I reported them as not individuals.

Did i do the right thing, and will this change?
