How do I make a correction to a birthplace on a recently printed Temple name card?

No ordinances have been performed yet for this person.

Incorrect birthplace on printed name card: Homestead, Allegheny, Pennsylvania.

Correct birthplace: Mifflin township, Allegheny, Pennsylvania.

The birthplace Homestead (a borough) had not yet been formed at the time of birth 1874.

This will be corrected in Family Search.

Thank You

    FYI

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

    Just in passing ...

Short Answer: Make the "Change" in the "Family Tree" Part , of 'FamilySearch'; THEN, "Reprint", the "Temple" Card.

It is; as, SIMPLE; as, that ...

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

As cards are no longer returned, it is not actually necessary to reprint the card. The work remains valid. The important point is, as Brett says, to update the Family Tree.
