Sorry to be premature..... the Sealing to Parents date for KWC1-LF1 should be 19 Nov 1945-MANTI, per FHL Film #1263188.

Thank you for the information. According to what is on Family Search.  Edward Nielson Lyman, PID: KWC1-LF1, was born in 1937, and his parents were sealed 8 years later, so he would not be BIC. Only the last child , Ramona, would be, and is marked BIC,
