Unable to view My Reservations under the Temple tab

In the past, I have always been able to view my reservation list for temple ordinances. I have many that are ready and have been reserved, and I need to see the master list of who they are and print out their cards. I have not been writing the names down as I reserved them as I have never had this problem before. The "error message" I get when requesting to see My Reservations is" "This feature is not available in your location". This makes no sense to me as I have always been able to see the list and print out the cards.

Please help, I have baptisms being done this week of March 13th and need to be able to get to them. Thank you!!

We recommend that you try clearing your cache and cookies, reboot and perhaps try a different browser. The following two links are very useful to accomplish this.

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-delete-cookies-from-familysearch
    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-delete-all-of-the-cookies-and-temporary-files-stored-by-my-internet-browser

If that does not work we will need to gather more information from you before we send your concern to the specialty team that can help you.

I have done as you mentioned by deleting all cookies and temporary files from my computer. I then did a reboot which did not help.

I have not tried a different browser yet as I really want to keep the one I have. I have worked with computers for the past 20 plus years, but usually for work. At home, I spend most of my time working on family history and basic MS apps. My concern is if I download another browser, like Firefox, how can I get everything back to what I have always used? I currently am using Chrome. I really need to get my list of temple reservations and print them out so I can take them to the temple this week.

Is there anything else I can do? It has always worked in the past; occasionally it would present the same error but when I tried it again, it always worked.

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

    Just in passing ...

You DO NOT have to worry, too about using DIFFERENT "Browsers" ...

    For 'FamilySearch' ...

I principally use the "Browser", of 'Google' "Chrome", with the the "Operating System" of "Windows 10".

    But ...

    That Said ...

I ALSO use the "Browser", of 'Mozilla' "FireFox", with the the "Operating System" of "Windows 10".

    And ...

Sometimes, I use BOTH those "Browsers", in "Tandem", at the SAME time ...

    [ ie. for the SAME User/Patron ... ]

    Plus ...

    In a 'pinch' ...

I ALSO use a THIRD "Browser", of 'Microsoft' "Edge", with the the "Operating System" of "Windows 10".

Sometimes, I use ALL three of those "Browsers", in "Together", at the SAME time ...

    [ ie. for the SAME User/Patron ... ]

And, there are NO problems/issues ...

    As an aside ...

Just make sure that your, "Operating System"; and, whatever "Browsers", that you use, ARE "Up-to-Date", with the LATEST (or, at least, the PREVIUOS) "Versions", of each.

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

I was having the same problem - in reverse. When I use Edge, it won't show anything under the Temple tab. When I switched to Chrome, it worked fine. I signed into your account as a helper using Chrome and all of your temple data is there. So trying a different browser could be the solution.

    Norm & Brett,

it worked! I installed Firefox and now I can see all of my temple reservations. It just seems so strange to me that it would quit working in Chrome. Thanks to everyone who took the time to help me.😊💖
