Missing temple ordinances

Hello,

I am trying to help a friend with his father's missing temple ordinances. I have a full name, birthdate and helper number for my friend. His parents received their temple ordinances when he was a child, and then they and the children were sealed. His parents were later divorced, and later the sealing was cancelled so that his mother could remarry in the temple. Family Tree shows only baptism, confirmation and sealing to parents for his father, Roger Dee Sorenson #KWZP-BZ7. A grandson has reserved his initiatory and endowment ordinances, but these should have already been done. My friend thinks the family was sealed in about 1979 in the Provo or Salt Lake Temple, so these ordinances would have been at about the same time.
