Trying to clear up anomalies in my family tree. Regarding Leonard William Rice KW8Q-53F There is a yellow "Needs more information" icon next to his name. When I open up his record each of his ordinances has this statement next to it: "This person's ordinance status is not available. Please contact FamilySearch Support if you are a relative and need more information."

How do I find out what this means for his records?

Much thanks.
