Where to report need for improvement aka programming bugs?

Since the Ideas section is no longer under the Help section and is defined as "Have an idea for how to make FamilySearch better?" and since I've never asked for help with a bug but rather reported one because fixing it will make FamilySearch better, does this mean that despite the last set of instructions that bug reports were to go under General Questions we are now back to reporting programming bugs under Ideas?
