When indexing what does it mean when there are no images and the screen is black?

Can you please post the batch code of the project you are indexing to confirm the problem.
- You can reset your Familysearch cookies: https://www.familysearch.org/cookies
- Try changing the browser. (Chrome, Firefox, Edge.)
- What system are you using windows or Mac?
