completed work not coming up
Are there system issues today? None of my completed work will come up. I've reset cookies, etc etc.

Sometimes it takes a day or so for the completed ordinances to show. Are they missing on the person's ordinance page or in the temple tab. Have you contacted the temple where you completed the ordinances to have them double check their information. If you are still missing the ordinance confirmation please reply with the name and ID number of your ancestors along with the date and temple where the ordinances were completed.

I'm a family history consultant, work hours in family search daily. The entire Completed Ordinances systems was down.

As, I just took a 'look', at my "List", of "Completed" Work ...
And, my "List", of "Completed" Work, appears to working just fine ...
Mind you ...
The last on my "List", is the 5 March 2022.
But ...
That Said ...
I have not had any Work, "Completed", since that 'Date.
As as aside ...
For the ODD Work, I have had to wait a Day or two, for such to appears; as, "Completed"; but, such is infrequent; as, they mostly appear within a very SHORT time.
Just my thoughts.

@Susan Fort Johnson - Before anything, would you please clear your cache and try again? If nothing changes, would you please share more information with us?
- When did the problems start?
- What type of operating system and browser are you using?
- Can you give more detail about where the problem appears? Can you start at the right place but only get a step or two farther along?
- Are you seeing any error messages?

It's working now.....it didn't work all morning. I called others in other states, and theirs was down as well and they were getting errors.
Yes, I cleared my cache first thing this morning as noted in my first question.

8/17/2022 - I was working on family search yesterday. However, today when I began my work the ordinance tab is missing. It is missing on both duplicate individuals as well as a person who I know has all ordinances completed.
Can someone help?
