I want to know if I should index another name under a name when it has a ditto mark. On this page it would be under "Timonth"

Directions state to index every Unique name. So, for this instance you would index Timothy Ford only 1 time then moving down to index Archibald Forrester.
You wouldn't need to index anymore Timothy Fords for this batch after indexing the name the first time. So even if they didn't use the "ditto" and wrote Timothy again.. it would still only need to indexed once.
I wanted to point out that the name under Henry T Ford is Orrin Ford. It's an odd name, but I've seen it before. :) Also under George W Ford (in small writing) it says "wife H M". You need to index her as well. So it would be H M Ford.

I am glad you gold me about the wife thing. I thought it was indicating that it was the wife of a a particular man, but the man may be dead, or not living there etc.
