Census Record Hints not working

For the past month or so I have been trying to attach 1900 census hints to ancestors and I keep getting a "410 Failed Record removed"

Any ideas why??

Yes, there has been an ongoing problem with the 1900 census. Multiple threads on the subject. Developers have been working on it and thought they had it fixed.
