I recently requested temple ordinances for my mothers sister and her husband after getting approval from her daughter for both her mom and dad. her dads was approved several days after request, however her moms came back with a message that read "this persons ordinance status is not available.) I don't have any red flags showings and her birth date and death date is available and I sent all the information regarding person who gave me permission. What else can I do ??
