I've reviewed over five thousand names and because I suspected that some of the documents were being recycled and sent for review again, I began keeping track of the documents I've reviewed.

I just had a document come up for a second review: Montana Index to Deeds, page 3.

My last message pointed out that Montana index to Deeds , page 7 came up for the second time.

Well, it just came up again ........ third time

I don't remember if any items on the first review were coded "unsure". Maybe if a name is coded "unsure" the document is recycled for a second review????? But then why are all the names that were coded "match" or were corrected also highlighted again as errors.

Someone needs to look into this. Thanks.

I have only done reviews in Get Involved for 2 days, but in that time I have done 2500 names.... I am experiencing the same problems as others have posted. D U P L I C A T E S . Yes, I understand that names of court employees will continue on each document,,, I have been doing property exchanges in Missouri, Illinois and Iowa. But the people that are involved in the property are also being duplicated. This is a waste of time. Don Robinson

Thank you for your feedback. There are 2 issues relating to what you shared: repeating images and repeating fields. Regarding the repeating images, this was an issue for the few days after the Names Review activity launched. But, it has since been fixed.

The repeating fields issue is a known bug and the engineers are actively working on fixing it. We appreciate your patience.

I have done "Review" on a laptop and as an app on my phone. On the app, there is an option for "Incorrect Highlight". Can you please add "Incorrect Highlight" to the laptop version under Transcription Error. Thank you!

I'm having the same problem using iOS. After reviewing the first census page, it highlighted the incorrect line on the second page.
