initiatory and endowment
I have helped a friend scheduled an appointment to do the work for her daughter I scheduled the daughter's initiatory and endowment on the same day. After thinking about this, I am not sure they can both been done the same day. When we printed the initiatory card the endowment is grayed out and I am assuming this is due to the fact that the initiatory hasn't been done. Can we print an endowment card somehow and / or can both ordinances been done the same day. THANKS!!!

You should be able to print a card with both initiatory & endowment
The endowment cannot be printed on a separate card until initiatory is completed

Try reprinting the card and be sure that all the ordinances you intend to do are checked off on the screen where you are asked to select them:
