Some names shared with a Family Group are not showing up in the Family Group list

I have created a Family Group and one cousin has joined the group. He has been able to share names with the group successfully but there is one sealing ordinance that, when he shares it, it does not show up in the group. After he shares it, there is a message that the share was successful, but when we refresh the Family Group list, that ordinance does not show up. Looking at the ordinances on the ancestor's person page shows that he has shared it. We have tried unsharing and sharing again and it always does this same thing.

The IDs for the ancestors are: LVCS-4HW and L697-5GK. (This is a sealing to spouse ordinance.)

Does anyone know what to do about this?

Many thanks,

Marcia Dixon
