How do I get Temple Ordinance dates reviewed ?

Son of James Coyle and Ellen Murray.
I have a Temple Ordinance Card showing Baptism date : 23 Feb 2005 in Melbourne. Initiatory 29 April 2005 in Melbourne and Endowment 20 Aug 2016 in Preston UK Temple .
Family Search Ordinances are listed as Baptism 16 Jan 2016 Memphis Tennessee, Confirmation 29 Jan 2016 Fresno California and all other ordinances are open for requesting.
The Card I hold has Sealing to Parents section open, allowing me to proceed with this work.
How can I reconcile these details ?

Looking on Familysearch there is another Christopher Coyle son of James & Ellen Coyle born c 1897 ID no MP6T-78F this has the melbourne ordinance dates which is on your Temple Card, this is either a duplicate or James and Ellen had two sons named Christopher further research will need to be completed to determine if the records are duplicates if so they need to be merged and then the earliest Temple date will show on Familysearch
