My grandmother's temple ordinances shows that her SP (Sealing to Parents) work was performed in 2000 in the London England Temple. However, she was indeed born in the covenant. It is simple to verify this - simply look at her parents sealing record, 27 September 1895, Salt Lake Temple. Note that my grandmother was still alive in 2000.

How can this be corrected?

Also, I see that the SP for at least one of her siblings - Herold Moon - shows that he was sealed to their parents on 20 Feb 2002 in the Johannesburg South Africa Temple.

Yet, another sibling - John Ruland Moon (KWCN-GBF) shows SP correctly as being BIC
