Baptism/Confirmation are available to request, yet the Initiatory and Endowment are completed. I've searched for a duplicate in the Tree and cannot find one. Her brother was baptized at age 8 and she is older and may possibly have a missing membership connected record. The ordinances were completed in 2004, back prior to the current Tree. So, perhaps when they were completed the record looked complete, but now something is missing.
