My info on printed Temple cards has disappeared
How do I get me name, address and phone number to show on the printed Temple name cards? It has all of a sudden disappeared when I was printing last week.

Just in passing ...
As far as I was aware, we now indicate, whether or not, we want our "Details" to be printed, on a "Temple" Card; while, in the processes, of requesting such to be printed.
As such ...
According, to the following "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch', we should STILL be able to have, our Name, Address; and, Telephone Number, to printed on a "Temple" Cards, while proceeding to print the cards ...

Who knows, whether or not, a RECENT decision, has been made, NOT to do such, any longer ...
And, we have simply, NOT been informed of such; as, yet ...
[ As, I have NOT "Printed", a "Temple" Card, RECENTLY ... ]
Just my thoughts.

Thank you Brett! Your help worked!! I just needed to check the box, "Show Contact Information on Family Name Cards". Now my Temple cards are printing out great.

..... [ eg. Especially, when Working in Ward/Branch/Stake/District Groups (and, even, "Family" Groups ... ]

Short Answer: One does that, in the process of "Printing", a "Temple" Card.
There is an "Option", that is "ON", by "Default", "Show Contact Information on Family Name Cards".
Whereby ...
IF, one's wants, one's "Contact Information", to be "Printed", on "Temple" Cards; THEN, that "Option", to "Show Contact Information on Family Name Cards", MUST be 'Ticked'/'Checked'.
IF, that "Option" to "Show Contact Information on Family Name Cards", is NOT 'Ticked'/'Checked'; THEN, one's "Contact Information", will NOT "Printed", on "Temple" Cards.
