    @Susan Fort Johnson

    Susan

    It's 'Brett'.

It would certainly help/assist, your cause, if you:

    (1) Advise WHAT the ACTUAL problem/issue is; and

    (2) Provide the RELEVANT "Knowledge Article"

[ Of which, WE are BOTH (well) aware of ... ]

As, you MAY get, a 'FamilySearch' "Support" person (ie. "Moderator"), who is, NEW; or, just "Learning" ...

Advising, the USUAL ... As, that has Work ("I") been "Printed", by a "Temple", there is NOTHING, that can be done ...

[ Which, we BOTH know, is INCORRECT ... ]

    Just saying ...

    Brett

ps: As, it may just save, a lot of ... "To and Fro" ...

    .

    Hey Brett,

    Send to a supervisor please.

All the above (except yours) are unprofessional responses to a problem that we've been trying to deal with/fix since 2012.

I'm a family history consultant and I send these records in often to be "fixed". If you look at his initiatory, it was submitted in 2007, before Family Search's big merge in 2012 when many records were "lost". This is a lost record. Per usual, Family Search releases the submitted work, so it can be submitted correctly so it can be done. I've sent many of these in as have others. They are usually fixed within minutes. You may want to send this up a level if you don't know what I'm referring to.

    Thx and all the best!

    Susan

    'Yes' ...

As, we are both aware ...

And, here is the relevant, related, "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch':

Ordinances reserved between 2007 and 2009 are not completed

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/my-ancestors-ordinances-were-reserved-between-2007-and-2009-but-are-still-not-done

    Just in case ...

Any "Moderator" [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" ( Personnel ) ], was not aware ...
