I work as the Clerical Lead in Oquirrh Mountain Temple. I am in the process of helping a family print a card for their deceased son, Kyle Wayne Mecham, born 15 Jan 1996 and died on 18 Feb 2021. The ordinances are not showing available, and I believe he still shows living on the church records and that may be why it's not available? I have attached his obituary. His record number is 000-6231-1395. His Father is Chad

Your case will be forwarded to a specialty team for review in the name of Chad. You may be contacted by that team if they need more information.
