Request for ordinances release
I have send the necessary information in on my aunt CAROLYN VIRGINIA ROBERTS, her Husband and her deceased baby, I have been able to print our cards for ordinances on her husband and baby, but it still says she is being reviewed when I try to print her card out.
This is her information: BOB Sept. 1, 1943 - DOD Aug 24, 2020 L1WY-354

This is going to be my last attempt on family search to get this issue resolved regarding my deceased aunts information. I have tried every way I know to get this resolved for my cousin who has given both written and verbal permission requesting that I be allowed to start her mother's temple work. I have recently mailed a letter to the first Presidency with my concerns, but as of today I have not heard back. I am 67 years old and feel an urgency to do her work, since I am probably the last church member to do it.
