Beginning Monday, April 10th the temple category will only be viewable to Church members who must be logged into their member account to see it.

Is it possible for me to remove names from the completed list ?

Short Answer: 'No'.
Those, on your List, of "Temple" Work, that has been "Completed", will simply DISAPPEAR either,
(1) AFTER x25 Months; or,
(2) Your List attains, the MAXIMUN capacity, of x3000 (ie. some x60 Pages/Screens) "Records".

Thank you for your answer however with the volume of work that is being done the 3000/25 mos. is somewhat of a delay for me accessing newly completed work. I am blessed to have notices daily ( except Monday and Sunday) of completed work sent to my account and phone that I am unable to view and manage. My expectation was that it was 2 years as stated./

In other words, your list shows ordinances completed more than 25 months ago? If that is the case, then this would be a bug that needs to be fixed. The oldest date I see on my list is 3 January 2020 which is 25 months and 20 days ago. I'll have to see if that one vanishes by March 3.
What is the earliest date you can see on your list?
That page with the list says 2 years and the Help Center article says 25 months and it might really be 25 months and 28 days isn't too bad of an inconsistency. It's really hard to keep everything in sync on such a complex website.

That the "Temple" Work, that is NEWLY "Completed", appears at the START / TOP (ie. FIRST Page = Page 1), of one's List, of "Temple" Work, that has been "Completed".
The OLDER, the "Temple" Work, that is "Completed", the further DOWN, on the List, such appears, on the LATER Pages.
[ ie. AFTER Page 1 ... ]
In other words ...
The OLDEST "Completed", of the "Temple" Work, appears on the LAST Page, of one's List
[ eg. Which could be Page 60 - if one has, UP to; or, MORE than, x3000 ... ]
I am just curious, about your problem/issue.

The problem for me is that I have more than 3000 completed ordinances in the last two years. So new names cannot go to the 1st page of the work completed as there is no space for more than 3000 names. I did not realize that it was actually 25 months rather than two years. I anticipated that they would fall off (page 60 and so forth) after 2 years. It will be a small matter for me to wait to the the middle of March when I will have several removed as that will be 25 mos. Having watched for several months the 3000 not changing on my totals it will begin to change as we hit the Covid years where I did not attend the temple as frequently. Thank you for your looking into this. As we go forth with earnest endeavors gathering our kindred through having their temple work done may we be filled with joy. I have NOT heard of such.
As, far as I was aware, the NEW Work would appear on the List; whereas, the OLDER Work "Drops Off" the List; EVEN, if was LESS than x25 Months ago.
Your TOTAL, of x3000; and, x60 Pages will NOT Change.
