Note at the bottom: On 23 May 2019, temple and family history consultants no longer have access to the Family History Activity Report.
can this report be amended to take out "stake temple Family history consultant" in the listing of those who can access the FHAR?

That Help Center article was recently updated - I have a printed copy from 7 February 2022 that is different. So perhaps Stake Temple and Family History Consultants can now access the report - or will be able to soon access the report. If you have this calling and cannot access the report, make sure that your calling is the set calling in the LCR.
