WEB INDEXING RULER: Provide a "Send Ruler Home" option

Like many Indexers, I have struggled to find the Web Indexing Ruler on an image after zooming and moving around in it. My suggestion would make it easier to find a misplaced ruler.

(A) Current Behavior of Web Indexing Ruler: Suppose you go to Data Entry>Show Ruler to select/check that option (turn on the Ruler), move the Ruler around, and later de-select it (to turn it off). If you later turn it back on, it will be in the last position where you moved it.

(B) Original Behavior of Web Indexing Ruler: If you turned the Ruler on, it would start in a standard "Home" position near the top of the image. If turned off and then on again, it would begin in that standard home position, making it easy to find.

Suggestion: Either return the Web Indexing Ruler to its "Original Behavior" (B) or retain the new behavior (A) and provide a "Send Ruler Home" option in the vicinity of the Data Entry>Show Ruler menu (or in addition to it on a submenu).
