Temple Ordinances permission given
I have written permission to do temple ordinances for my best friend's deceased daughter.
I am her godmother. I also have written permission to do temple work for her deceased mother and her deceased brother. I have added their ID numbers to Family Tree already.
What is the next step? Who can I contact?
Thanks very much.

Once you provide the information below, we can send your request to a specialized department for handling. You can provide this information by sending me a message. Then your request can be processed.
You need to have the permission worded as below:
Word the written permission this way: I, (name of person giving permission), give (your name) permission to do temple work in a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints temple, for (name of deceased), who is my (relationship to person giving permission). (Signature of person giving permission)
Add your deceased friend to Family Tree. If you need help, please see the article titled: How do I add an unconnected person to Family Tree? that is found in the help center.
Please provide the following information:
- The Family Tree ID of the person for whom you want to perform ordinances.
- The full name of the person for whom you want to perform ordinances.
- The name of the person who gave permission and that person's relationship to the deceased.

@MorrisTameraLynn1 - Would you please not post the first and last names of living persons publicly in the forum. To share that personally-identifying information, please click on @DebDT's profile name. A pop-up menu will appear. Select "Message" and send the information she requested to her privately.

Oh sorry. I didn't know I did that. I thought it was the church office.
