    Thank you for posting about uploading audio files. So far we see no reports of others having that issue.

    Have you deleted your cache? Have you tried to sign out and back in again? Are you on the website or mobile phone?

    You might wish to review the following article, in case you find something that is causing the problem.

    You might wish to try a different browse, to see if you are successful there. Choices are:

    • Apple Safari—the current version and one previous
    • Google Chrome—the current version and one previous
    • Microsoft Edge—the current version and one previous
    • Mozilla Firefox—the current version and one previous.

    If the suggestion above do not help you resolve your issue, please reply giving us more information where you are working (web or phone), what exactly you can see, and specifically what happens when you try to upload the audio file. We will then try to help you troubleshoot your issue.
