Temple Shared List Shows "Shared Printed" with No Temple Icon

I was browsing through my temple shared list looking for baptisms and confirmations for my nieces and nephews to perform, when I saw that there were several ordinances that were marked as "Shared Printed" but did not have the temple icon instead of the checkbox. It looks like I can still take these ordinances back.

In the image you see Miles H. Doyle has his Sealing to Spouse Shared Printed with the temple icon, meaning I cannot un-share this ordinance. That makes sense.

But then, his wife Edith Anderson Ross has her Baptism and Confirmation Shared Printed with no temple icon. If I check the box, I can un-share her Baptism and Confirmation.

What does it mean when an ordinance shared with the temple has Shared Printed with no temple icon? Is it really printed? Am I able to un-share these ordinances, or should I forbear?

Any help is appreciated!

I was browsing my temple shared list today with the intention of pulling back some baptisms and confirmations for my nieces and nephews to perform. I noticed that there was an oddity in my list however.

    See the image below:

As you can see, Miles H. Doyle has his Sealing to Spouse listed as Shared Printed with the temple icon, meaning I cannot pull that reservation back. However, his wife has her Baptism and Confirmation ordinances also listed as Shared Printed with NO temple icon. If I check the checkbox, it appears I can un-share those ordinances. (Obviously, her Initiatory may be un-shared, as it is not yet printed.)

    Therefore, my questions are:

    1. What does it mean when an ordinance is in the temple shared list with Shared Printed and no temple icon?
    2. Is it an error in need of fixing by FamilySearch?
    3. Depending on the answers to the above, may I pull said ordinances back, or should I just leave them alone?

    Thank you!

(Hopefully this question does not disappear like the last time I posted it...)
