Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

Just in passing ...
Regarding, the individual/person Infant girl SIMMONS ( G63H-18D )
Easy...
Just quickly ...
Short Answer: "Remove", the "First Names", of "Infant Girl"; &, LEAVE the "First Names"; as, "Blank", NOTHING.
As, there was/were NO "First Name(s)" for that Infant.
Therefore ...
NO "First Name(s)", are required.
ONLY, the 'Family Name' / 'Surname', of "SIMMONS", is REQUIRED, in this case.
I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

FYI
Furthermore ...
Here is a "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch':
Temple ordinances for unnamed children
https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/temple-ordinances-for-unnamed-child
Where, it states, among other things:
Quote
------------------
- For an individual with an unknown name or a child who died without receiving a name, enter only the last name of the father or family name into the surname field. Do not enter a first name. Do not enter Mr., Miss, son, or daughter. Be sure the sex is correctly entered as male or female.
When the cards are printed, Mr. or Miss is added to the name.

I hope, that this may also help/assist, somewhat.

Just in passing ...
I just checked ...
The User/Patron, 'EileenClarke1', has just "Changed", the "First Names", of Infant girl SIMMONS ( G63H-18D ), from that "Infant Girl", to that of "Baby".
Please be, aware; and, advised ...
That USUALLY the "Word", of "Baby", WILL trigger the "Temple" Work, to simply NOT proceed, normally.
Because ...
There are certain "Words", when used in the "Name" Field, of an individual/person, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', that evoke the, "Needs More Information"; and, contact 'FamilySearch', for "Temple" Work.
Individuals/Persons, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', whose "Name" Field, contains these certain "Words", need to be investigated by 'FamilySearch', prior to "Temple" Work being undertaken, to ensure that these certain "Words" are actually part of the individual's/person's "Name", rather than the contextual use of the "Words".
And ...
The "Words" of, "Infant"; and; "Baby", fit in to that category of certain "Words", when used as their contextual meaning, rather than actually being part of the individual's/person's "Name", that cause problems/issues for "Temple" Work.
In relation to the aforementioned ...
Here is a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch":
What words and abbreviations cause "Needs more information" to appear?
Remember, that list of "Words" (&, "Abbreviation") is none exhaustive (ie. there are others, NOT listed there).
Plus ...
I also 'see', that 'EileenClarke1', changed the "First Names" to that of "Baby"; and, "Reserved" the "Temple" Work, in that name.
That is something NEW; as, 'Technically', that should have NOT happened.
Now ...
That Said ...
PLEASE; Please; please ...
As I originally suggested ...
Just LEAVE the "First Names"; as, "Blank", NOTHING.
As, there was/were NO "First Name(s)" for that Infant.
Therefore ...
NO "First Name(s)", is (are) required.
ONLY, the 'Family Name' / 'Surname', of the Father; being, that of "SIMMONS", is REQUIRED, in this case.
As, that infant's "First Names" was NOT that of "Baby"; and, should NOT appear as such.
Again ...
I know, that this certainly may not what is wanted/expected; but, I hope, that this may provide you with, some additional, insight; and, perspective; and, an avenue to pursue.
Brett
ps: 'G'Day' "Cuz", I am actually "Related" to Infant girl SIMMONS ( G63H-18D ).
pps: IF, you need a hand; THEN, let me know, I am only too willing to help/assist.

@DerrelClarke1 As Brett clearly points out, leave the given name blank. @EileenClarke is not really providing any additional information by using the work "Baby" in the given name field. It is clear from the Vitals section she was an infant, being born and passing a few days later.
