I would like to seal my cousin Cathryn D. Mravick (LT42-M5X) to her parents Steve Mravick (LT42-H8R) and Susanna Yanoshek (MPLV-RG9), my uncle and aunt. I got the message, "Permission to request these ordinances is being reviewed" and I cannot find that email. Cathryn had one sister, Elizabeth Jane Mravick, who is deceased, and Cathryn was married to two husbands, both deceased. Cathryn bore no children during her lifetime. Can you release her name for ordinances? Can she be sealed to her spouse? And if so, which one should she be sealed to? How does one decide? Thank you for your help. Sally

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

    Just in passing ...

    Firstly ...

    Just for future reference ...

'Question'/'Posts', pertaining to "Temple" Work, SHOULD be submitted, in the more appropriate 'Category', of "Temple".

    FamilySearch Help

    'Category' = Temple

    Secondly ...

Q1:  Can you release her name for ordinances?

Short Answer: I will leave that, to the "Moderators" [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" ( Personnel ) ], to address.

Q2: Can she be sealed to her spouse?

Short Answer: Possibly; but, you will NEED to ADD the "Details" of Death, to Michael MANNING ( LYL5-LFJ )

It appears, that there are "Records Hits", for him, that (may) pertain, to his Death, that can possibly be attached.

Plus, it also depends on, whether or not, either of "Spouses", have CLOSER "Living" Relatives.

[ From whom "Permission", can/needs, to be obtained ]

Q3 & Q4: And if so, which one should she be sealed to? How does one decide?

Short Answer: BOTH, if that is acceptable; and, desired - the choice is yours.

As ... Cathryn D. MRAVICK ( LT42-M5X ) ... has the "Free Agency", to choose to accept, either; or, both ...

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

    Brett
