missing ordinances

I need to know how to get my cousins ordinances to show up on family ssearch. She shows that all her work needs doing, but that is incorrect. She was a member and endowed and sealed to her first husband. Her Name is Lakoma DeMille - # LVSZ-TLC. I have spoken with her niece who agrees her work is done. I am wondering if somehow her death was not recorded, so her information does not show. Or is there somehow to find her ordinance work? I have done a search, and found someone else merged her with another number- but when I unmerged I found that number also showed all ordinances needed dooing. So I re-merged the names. This is the correct person, with correct dates. We are just missing the ordinances. How do I find the ordinance records?
