Ordinance work indicating NO AVAILABLE , possibly needs information
ID @ KWZR-RJ6 and KWZR-RJZ both show the same message when we try to request ordinance work. We thought we had corrected all information and when my cousin signs in with her membership number it still shows Not Available. What does she need to do to get this two relatives of hers released to do temple work?

the option of having the request for ordinance work never pops up, message only says Not Available. Need help

I have almost the same problem. Prior to the pandemic I had no problem submitting names for temple work. Now when i go into family search.org the ordinance caption does not appear on my lap top. It has before.
How can I get it back on?

(1) WHAT, "Browser"; &, "Operating System", are you using?
(2) Is the "Browser" one of those that is supported, by 'FamilySearch'
(3) Are your "Browser"; &, "Operating System", Up-To-Date, with the LATEST (or PREVIOUS) versions of each?
An "Oldie"; but, STIIL, often, a "Goodie" ...
[ It often works; but, sometimes, may not ... ]
(4) Have you tired "Clearing" the, "Cookies"; &, "Cache", of your "Browser"?
