Upload gedcom and add records to Family Tree

After uploading my gedcom tree and once 'Ready', I then add records to the Family Tree but when I have completed a set of 10 records and request the next page, the page number changes but the total page number decreases by 1. It means that as you progress the program tells you that you have completed the task but when referring to the number of records to be added there are still half of the records still to be actioned. I over come by going to the My Uploaded Trees page and viewing the gedcom records again.

Question: WHAT "Phase", of the "Upload", of a GEDCOM File, in 'FamilySearch', are you referring to?

▬ Phase 1: into the "Genealogies" Part, of 'FamilySearch'?;

OR, ...

▬ Phase 2: into the "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch'?

Please advise/clarify.

As, there are, TWO (x2), sperate; and, distinct, Phases.
