My deceased person's ordinances have not posted.

In order to assist you, we would need to know whether or not your ancestor completed her own ordinances during her lifetime, and we would need to know her name and ID number.
While we don't want to post ordinance information here in the Community, we do want to know if someone should have a Church membership record that simply needs to be updated with death information and then moved into Family Tree so that it can be merged with any duplicate records that exist including the one we may have created for them when they were alive.
The following knowledge article explains that if you upload proof of death, such as a death certificate, obituary, or a funeral program, we can forward a request to the department that will find and update the official Church record so that it can be moved to Family Tree. Merging the official record with your record will allow any ordinances they completed to appear on the surviving record. https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/missing-ordinance-and-membership-information-in-family-tree
While updating the official record usually takes place through the deceased person's Ward Clerk, we are available to help with this process as you contact us through a call, a chat, or here in the Community. Please review the article and then post the name and ID of the person you are concerned about as well as your relationship to that person and the proof of death needed to update the official record. I will be sure your request is forwarded to the correct department so that you concern can be addressed.
Because your concern is about LDS Temple information, I will be moving this discussion to the Temple Category where it can be seen by others who may have a similar question. For all concerns that relate to LDS data, please use the Community Temple Category rather than the General Questions Category.
