Church Name /Parish Name not shown on Documents

One of the columns is headed St Marylebone, this is an area in London is it also the parish?

There is a parish called St. Mary le Bone which has been in existence since pre-1400, with the the present church being opened in 1817. I have done several batches which clearly stated St Mary le Bone as the parish, but I don't think you can attribute that to this batch as it is not clear at all what those enttries refer to and we are not supposed to make assumptions.
I would add that the surname for the child should be marked "blank" as it says not to assume a surname from anyone else on the record. See the project instructions for "how to index a baptism record". Where the child is listed as "Arthur James", he doesn't get a surname as none was specifically mentioned for him. His parents both get the surname as it is in the box immediately following both their names.

Thank you for your help but according to wiki link you sent this church was not commissioned until 1824
These records are from 1822 two years earlier. The link you sent also shows that they were at least 10 churches/chapels in St Marylebone area in 1822. Think perhaps I need to return this batch for further research.

The link refers to parish. That the area may have records slightly before timeframe of when the 'parish records begin' - mentioning the same name doesn't bother me much. But you are right - since the Project is MIDDLESEX - then it would be nice to know specific parish area the records are from. St. Marylebone does seem to be the column heading but it's difficult to determine if it applies to all on the page or just the first one on each page that has the dash or all the others without any note. I would assume St. Marylebone would apply to all on the page - otherwise why the column heading? But is that the 'parish' column in the register or is it referring to Poor Law Union or something else (I would assume parish but ... )? So though I may assume that column indicates the parish - I would not index that unless the entry includes a mark in that column since it is unclear. Otherwise - GIG - "index what you see" and let Project admins/record custodians worry about particulars?

Thank you for sharing your batch. There really is nothing on that batch that allows you to index St Marybone. The column could be something the parish would check if they were from St Marylebone and nothing is checked.
There will be no further research done if you send the batch back. The most important thing is to get the names and other information that is on the image correctly indexed. Then a family researcher will be able to find the image, look at the whole filmstrip, and make their own decisions.
