Missing Ordinance

The Temple Ordinance screen for my Grand Aunt, Ruth Almyra Angell (KHB9-1TX), shows that Sealing to Spouse has not been done for her and her husband, Warren Charles Eastland (LRQX-V3M). I have now reserved that ordinance. However, I performed that ordinance on 8 May 1992 in the Jordan River temple. The original ordinance card is in my possession and I have attached a picture of it. Thank you for your help.

(Note: On the ordinance card, her middle name is spelled "Elmira," but has since been corrected to "Almira.")

I feel like this scenario is happening more and more frequently. It must have to do with the merging of duplicates. I have an idea for Family Search.org to try to minimise this problem occurring. Could you add an Ordinances section while merging two individuals? It could be similar to sources in the final duplication process. From my experience, sources automatically go across to the surviving person. Could you make ordinances behave in a similar way where it automatically goes across to the surviving individual?

    kind regards, Leigh
