We have a person whose nonmember husband died more than a year ago. She wants to have his baptism, etc. for him, but this record in FamilySearch says "This person's ordinance status is not available." So she can't request to do it. HELP Her name is "Reba" Rebecca O'Hammil

His record number is LXD4-G44

Please help, I am her Ward TF consultant and Family History Center staff member, trying to help her. She has a group this coming Saturday who can do his baptism but we can't print his card.

Alan Jones

Euclid Ward, Kirtland Ohio Stake

PS: there are no duplicate records, he was not in the Jewish WWII concentration camps, he doesn't show on our ward list a non member spouse, we attached his death certificate to his record in FS
