Your ancestor's record looks to be outside the 110 year window and there is no spouse showing for her.
Please look through the following steps to update the person page and tree of your ancestor.
When you see the 110-year policy message, but it does not apply, check these items:
- Make sure that all the required information appears for the individual, including marriage information for a couple relationship.
- Make sure that a standardized date and place appear. To reserve temple ordinances, you must use standardized dates and places.
- If one of the ordinances is Sealing to Spouse, make sure that the spouse has all of the required information to perform the ordinance. If the birth date of the spouse is within the last 110 years, you need permission.
- Check for possible duplicate records.
- If just a year date appears, the system defaults to December 31 for that year. The default date can bring the 110-year policy into effect.
If you still are having difficulties contact us again and we will be pleased to help.
Best of success with your research.
