Permission Letter to give to a relative to sign

Hi, I used to know where to get the permission letter for a relative to sign on my behalf so I could get work done for a relative. Can some one direct me on how to access this letter that needs to be signed?

Thank you

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

    Just in passing ...

Certainly NOT where you would expect ...

Here is a "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch':

[ Where there is an EXAMPLE ... ]

Can I request proxy temple ordinances for a friend?

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/can-i-request-proxy-temple-ordinances-for-a-friend

    Good Luck.

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

Thanks Brett. Do I have to do one for each: The mother, father and son or can my cousin sign one permission for all of them in one letter? She is the only surviving child of this family.

    This is just me ...

You could, just "List", ALL those concerned, of the SAME "Letter".

And, then, just include, a "Copy", of the "Letter", to each in turn.

Or, alternatively, just INCLUDE "All" concerned, in the ONE 'Post', here in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum; where, the "Letter" applies.

    Hopefully ...

    That might cover all ...

    Just my thoughts.

    Good Luck.
