Ordinances Unavailable

Peninah Parker, born 7 Dec 1806-13 May 1824 ID #94RQ-B1J shows that ordinances are unavailabe. I have made sure her gender is correctly identified, all dates are correct and standard as well as all place names are standard. She has no spouse as she died as a young woman. She has been merged but I can see no reason as to why she shouldn't show ordinances. Please help.
