A child sealed to his grandfather as a sibling to his father. Need to unseal and seal to parents

A child was incorrectly sealed to his grandfather as a sibling to his own father. The correction has been made to the family structure and he is now shown as a child of his correct parents, however, the sealing to his grandfather is still in place and cannot seal to parents. Need to allow sealing to parents.

You should be able to seal the child to the correct parents if the relationships are correct in Family Tree. The fact that there was a previous sealing to the incorrect parents should not be a problem. Is there a message as to why the sealing cannot take place? I don't think the child/grandfather sealing is the issue. I can only speculate now. Can you post the PID of the child? If you don't want to do that then a MOD will probably need to assist you further.
