Do I leave the date listed by the indexer even if I don't see that or any other date on image?

Thanks for your question @H.Arthur.L regarding the military date in your review batch.
In the Project Instructions under What to Remember about This Project, bullet points 10 and 11 say, "Some lists span multiple images. You may need to view the first page of the record to get the military date. The date at the top of a roster or roll may be used for all entries as the military date if the entries don't contain their own individual military dates. If a day, month, or year is not given, it may have been recorded on one or more images prior to that one."
In addition, the Field Help for Military Month, paragraph 7, says, "If a month is not given, it may have been recorded on one or more images prior to that one." Similar directions are given in the Military Day and Military Year fields.
You will need to use Reference Images to find the Military Date. This date is found on Reference Image -1, which is February 28, 1919. The indexer had marked these fields correctly.
You can open Reference Images using an icon on the Vertical Toolbar in the upper left corner of the image. The last icon is for Reference Images. You can also click on Data Entry above the toolbar, and select Show Reference Images. You can find the directions for using Reference Images in the Project Instructions under General Indexing Guidelines under What to Do When Records Span 2 Images or to View Additional Images.
We hope this tool will be helpful to you as you continue volunteering your time to indexing. Thank you again for your question.

Thank you for your question regarding the military date.
The date is on the previous page. The Project Instructions state:
"Some lists span multiple images. You may need to view the first page of the record to get the military date."
The indexer was correct.
Enjoy indexing, your help is appreciated.
