Could there be missed pages when film digitized?

I am looking for a marriage in Elmshorn, Schleswig Holstein, Germany.

The wedding took place 10 January 1911 in Elmshorn.

Film #101022231, this film is dated 1910 - 1914.

When going through the images, date 19 Nov 1910 then not another marriage is included until 1 April 1911! Nobody else got married in that time?? almost 6 months?

Marriage between Georges Alphonse Marie Frederic PIVERT & Marthe Elise FAUSSIGNE.

The groom is great-uncle to me, brother of my paternal grandfather.

The information about this marriage is written in the margins of her birth certificate from Nimes (Nimes, Gard), France. dated 14 March 1885.

It looks to me like nothing was missed.

Film 101022231 images 19 and 20 are Number 8, a marriage in November 1910. Images 21 and 22 are crossed out, with a year-end summation for 1910 on image 22, indicating 8 marriages. The next pair of images are for Number 1, a marriage in April 1911.

I'm not familiar with this part of the world, but I'm pretty sure you have the wrong place's records: these are all clearly labeled Neuendorf, not Elmshorn. A place with eight marriages in a year is much smaller than a city, and Meyer's gazetteer clearly labels Elmshorn as a city (https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10430033).

It looks like the Elmshorn church records for one of its two churches are online (for a fee) on Archion.de, which means they're highly unlikely to be available for free anywhere.

Thank you everyone for replying to my question.

Not familier with German records, but look similar to how French records are done.

Problem for me would be the language, even trying to navigate what their archives have would be a bit beyond my abilities.
