Please be careful with the field CHILD'S SURNAME: Project instructions example and field help indicate no surname should be indexed based on parents' surname. The image only shows the child's given name.

Someone is indexing "Mrs" for MOTHER'S PREFIX when the image does not show that prefix. It should be marked <BLANK>.

Beware of BURIALS images. Some indexers are mixing up the DATE OF DEATH and DATE OF BURIAL.
