How do I get ordinances for a deceased relative who recently died but was not active in churchc

My uncle, Lowell McMurtrey, passed away in November but was not active in church. He moved a lot so there isn't a ward clerk to send a death record. How do I get his Church PID to merge with the PID I created so his ordinances show up. The PID that I created is L2TZ-863. I found a Census of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints that shows Lowell McMurtrey as a deacon so I know there should be a baptism record for him. Also is there a reason these census records are only viewable at a Family History Center?

@Lynne M Ellis , As you know his death information needs to be recorded on his membership record then merge new PID that creates. A MOD should soon transfer you to a team who can get that done for you. In the mean time you can go ahead and attach any death sources you have for him on the PID you have created like death certificate, funeral program, obituaries etc.
