Previously completed SP is now showing as needing doing although parents are the same

Hi

I have just seen an ordinance come up for my grandfather's (LL9F-BXB) sealing to his parents that was completed in 12 August 1980 in the London England Temple. Though it now has the standard note: 'This sealing-to-parents ordinance is valid. The parents are not listed either because of privacy or because they do not match the parents listed in Family Tree. Click here for more information.'

The parents details have not changed, I have checked for duplicates - none. So I don't know why it is flagging it up as available again.

Thanks

Roz
