Missing ordinances

I merged my husband's uncles record (one was listed as still living). After the merge, temple ordicances were suddenly available for the family. I'm worried that the temple ordinances were deleted during the merge. Family was very active, he should've at least been B/C in Eureka, UT. Richard Gilbert Forsey, LJ88-JZ3

Wondering if you can find B/C in Eureka, UT records?
