Ordinance dates

I have some old archive sheets with stamped dates on but when going to FS I find many of these are having the work redone or waiting for the work to be done because the dates from these old archive sheets are not recorded in FS. I have them recorded in my personal records. I feel bad that all this time and effort is being expended to redo what is done when there is so much that needs done. Are these dates still to be moved over? Thank you. Beryl
