Missing Temple Ordinances from 1982

Eliza Pence- G4VY-WYX- temple work for the whole family was completed in Apr and May of 1982 in JRIVE. All of the kids have the 1982 ordinance dates except Eliza. What happened to the early dates?

I've attached an IGI printout.
