Heads-Up. Exciting. Its here. We CAN now, be members, of MULTIPLE, "Family Groups" (maybe, x10)
All
FYI
"Heads-Up" ...
EXCITING stuff ...
It is here ...
And, available ...
[ No less, in the "Production" (ie. "Live") Environment ... ]
It appears NOW, that we CAN be members, of MORE than just ONE, "Family Group".
ie. We CAN now, be members, of MULTIPLE, "Family Groups".
[ Well, I would suggest, up to a MAXIMUM of, maybe, at least, Ten (x10) ... ]
[ If, the "Beta" (ie. "Test") Environment, is any example ... ]
I just had a 'look', there is NO LONGER, a bar from "Creating" a SECOND or More "Family Groups".
And, I was "Sent", an "Invite", to a "Family Group"; and, able to "Join" a SECOND "Family Group", despite ALREADY being the member, of ANOTHER, "Family Group".
Then, I initiated, the process, to "Create" ANOTHER, "Family Group".
Hooray ...
Whoopee ...
Enjoy ...

As you suggest, my understanding that 10 is the new maximum which should be enough for most people. This should leave the way clear to create ward family groups to allow the easy sharing of ordinance work between ward members, e.g. for youth baptism trips and work for ancestors of the opposite sex for members who are single and lack endowed family members to do the work.

'Yes' ...
We immediately, sent an "E-mail", to our "Stake Presidency", to pass around, to the Wards and Branches ...
NOW, we can have, not ONLY, Family Groups (and, a number of); but, that there CAN also be the likes of, Ward Groups; Elder Quorums Groups; Relief Society Groups; Young Mens Groups; Young Womens; and, even, Stake Groups (and, more), to hep/assist, with getting the "Temple" Work done, in haste.
